Sears Daily Necessities is a well-rounded company specializing in baby care items. We offer a complete range of skin care products for babies and mothers, including body wash, lotion, lotion for summer use, cleaning solutions and function treatment lotion. Our items are safe as they have no AES material, formaldehyde and dioxin contents. We offer 240 items for zero to six years old, pregnant women and women who just gave birth.
Large Monthly Capacity
We have two GMPC's FDA- and EU-audited factories covering over 40,000 square meters, which are manned by over 280 workers, assuring that we can fulfill volume orders. In fact, we have three processing lines for wet towels with a capacity of 1.5 million bags a month, three processing lines for baby powder that produce 150T a month, four processing lines for skin care and cleaning lotion that produce 2,500T a month and one processing line for skin cleaning items that produces 1,500T a month. About 69% of our output is sold locally.
Two to Five New Items Monthly
To keep up with the constant demands of the markets, we reinvest 5% of our annual revenue to R&D. Equipped with IKA skin oil and water inspectors from Germany and Agilent Technologies color spectrums from the US, our 10 engineers, some of whom have PhDs and post graduate degrees and an average of four years' experience, release two to five new items monthly.
For a complete new product line, our lead time is two to three months. We also work with South China University of Technology for more research on babies' actions, skin features and relative care solution products.
Strict Quality Control
Our 22 QC auditors, with five years' experience, conduct quality tests using our own laboratory and quick moisture content testing. We also do raw material checks and other tests based on clients' requests. A three-year warranty is offered. MOQ is 5,000 pieces and delivery time is 45 days. Call now.
